Fresh mozzarella, breaded and fried, served with tomato sauce.

  Baby greens tossed with raspberry balsamic vinaigrette, and garnished with strawberries, mandarin segments and pear.

Penne pasta tossed with sauteed sausage, broccolini and garlic in extra virgin olive oil.

Stinco d’ Agnello
Corvina fish fillet encrusted with bread crumbs, enhanced with oregano then baked and finished with lemon and white wine sauce.
 
Braised lamb shank in its natural juice served with Parmesan risotto.
 * Poultry and Fish entrees served with Chef choice potato and vegetable.

The team has come up with a very nice menu for you along featuring these wines……

 

  • Dogajolo White ’09, a blend of Chardonnay, Grechetto and Sauvignon Blanc. 
  • Dogajolo Red ’08, 80% Sangiovese, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.
  • Cesari Due Torri Pinot Noir ’08,  Spicy bouquet of Black cherry and Strawberries.

First Course:  Fresh ripe Cantalope wrapped in  Prosciutto di San Danielle  and drizzled with Chestnut Honey.  
Paired with Dogajolo White ’09.

 Second Course:  Porterhouse cut Sweet & Sour Pork Chop. Broiled perfectly with Balsamic Vinegar, Honey, Cracked Pepper and Rosemary. Served with Sweet Potato Cheddar mashed Potatoes. 

 Paired with Dogajolo Red ’08.

 Third Course:  Fresh whipped cream with a touch of Mascarpone layered between two Italian Pizzelle and topped with fresh berries.

 Second Course:  Porterhouse cut Sweet & Sour Pork Chop. Broiled perfectly with Balsamic Vinegar, Honey, Cracked Pepper and Rosemary. Served with Sweet Potato Cheddar mashed Potatoes.
