Reservations & Policies
All rooms are $199-215 nightly. Rates are for one or two people and include a full breakfast (continental if you prefer) each day. Sorry, but we cannot accommodate more than two guests per room. Rates are subject to change without notice. Special events and holidays may have higher prices, and may have a minimum stay requirement.
Corporate travelers – Current corporate rate is $140 nightly (1 person), and is only available weekday nights – no holidays. You must have proof that you are traveling on business to get this rate – innkeepers discretion. Corporate cancelation policy is 24 hours.
Thurston House is not appropriate for children under the age of 12. Pets cannot be accommodated.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building or on any of the porches. Guests that do not respect this will be charged for the rest of their reservation, asked to leave and charged an additional cleaning fee of at least $50.
To confirm a reservation, a one nights deposit on a credit card is required. Cancellations must be made at least three days prior to the check-in day to get a credit for the deposit and avoid being charged the full amount of the reservation. Cancellations made within the three days are subject to all charges if the room remains unrented. Early check-outs are subject to charges for the full amount owed if the room remains unrented.
Check-in each day is from 4pm-7pm. Check-out each day is 11am. Early or late check-in or check-out is by prior arrangement only and may not be able to be accommodated.
